Surgery and Kong
Saturday, December 17th, 2005Had my surgery today. They removed a marble sized nodule from my chest. Afterwards I went to go see “King Kong” with Andrew. The anesthesia wore off about 2 hours into the movie, so I spent the last hour in moderate discomfort. After the movie was over (great movie btw) it really hit me and I was in agony most of the way home. I even took one of my pain meds at the theater, but it didn’t really help at all until about 30min after I got home. About now, I’m in mild discomfort. I can’t straighten my back, so my chest is starting to hurt. Hopefully I’ll be good in a few days or so.
